'APPLE' COMPUTING
Following our usual 30-minute "Q & A" session,
Apple's Chad Jeffrey will present the Apple computing platform:
- What is an Apple
- Using the Mac OS
- Mac file system
- iPhoto
- iMovie
- Benefits of the Apple platform
Time permitting: he'll also cover:
- iWork, iPhone & iPod
Join us for this extremely informative presentation!
The January PC3 Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 10th at
Little Diversified Architectural & Consulting 5815 Westpark Dr. Charlotte, NC 28217
The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm. (Doors do not open before 6:45).

WE’VE BEEN EVICTED!
After generously hosting our SIGs for several years, CompUSA is closing and we need to find a new location now! If you have access to a facility, know of a facility, or have a bright idea; please pass it on to the SIG director.
Our needs are: • One or more meeting spaces to hold 5-15 people.
• Available 1-3 evenings per month. • Can be scheduled 3-12 months in advance. • Centrally located. • Tables, chairs, and power for presenter’s computers.
• Appropriate layout to set up projector and screen
(we can furnish these, but it would be nice if they were already there).
Some ideas we have tried and problems we have encountered:
• Library branches do not allow repetitive scheduling.
• Most churches or businesses would require a host to be present for every meeting.
• We need a reasonable location.
• It needs to be free.

Presenter - Jack Wiles - President, The Training Co.
It's been a couple of years since we had Jack present one of his threat briefings for us. During this session, he will provide us with a current update on some of the things that we need to be aware of in the worlds of both physical security and technical security. Jack always tries to make his presentations educational, magical, entertaining and hopefully unforgettable! He has been doing that for over 20 years for more than 10,000 people so far (and no one has shot him yet!)
He’s a very delightful speaker and non-technical. The cost is $8.00 for supper and show.
